Megans PT programmes are what I have been needing! In August when I first started training with Megan I was the heaviest I have ever been! I was so unhappy with how I felt and looked. Megan encouraged me to look at fitness in a complete different light. I used to hate working out, I hated going to the gym and I never had a clue what I was doing let alone really break much of a sweat. I love my sessions with Megan, the motivation that megan gives and she's so funny! I have never had that good feeling coming out of the gym and I could never understand it when people said they felt amazing after, but now I totally get it. Megan pushes you and encourages you to keep going and trying each time and this has really reflected on my own mind and weight loss. I am so much happier and I have so much more energy and confidence. We're not at the end yet but there's definitely light at the end of the tunnel. I couldn't thank Megan enough.

I can't thank Megan enough for all her help these last 8 weeks. Before I started with Megan I was the biggest I'd ever been and I'd lost all motivation to work out or eat well. I never particularly enjoyed working out previously but I've enjoyed every session with Megan, she puts so much work into our sessions and her clients in general. I have been pushed every week to limits I didn't even think I could reach but I leave feeling good about myself because I'm achieving new things every week. My confidence has been increased so much already and I'm feeling better than I ever have. It's been so much more than just working out, it has been a lifestyke change for me and I could never have achieved this without Megans help. I've decided to continue and do another 8 weeks with Megan as this is only the beginning. Megan, I appreciate you so much.
